My husband and I were visiting our son and daughter-in-law in Frisco and decided to take a look at real estate. We usually look at real estate in any area of the U.S. we visit, looking for a future place to retire. Susan had helped our son and daughter-in-law find their new, first home this past April. They were so happy with everything about that experience, that they recommended we have Susan show us some properties that would suit us. Before our visit, Susan exchanged emails with us to find out our likes/dislikes and what we were looking for. By the time we arrived in Texas, she had a morning planned out for us. Each property we looked at matched our likes and criteria. She had listened carefully to what we wanted and didn't waste our time with anything else. We were just looking, since retirement is a few years off yet. The last property we looked at in McKinney turned out to be our dream home. Within 2 days Susan met with us, presented a purchase offer, and closed the deal. Then during the process of having our mortgage approved long-distance, Susan was the steady anchor that kept it going smoothly and kept us sane. We closed 6 weeks later and Susan was there ironing out any glitches that arose. She also followed up the next day, visiting us at our new home. She has even gone a step further - interviewed real estate agents in our home town of Minneapolis, to help us get started on selling our home here.

I have bought/sold homes a few times in my life and have never worked with a more talented, caring, energetic agent as Susan. I only wish she could come to Minneapolis to sell our home here!
